The Trial → 3-Month membership begins with a 14-day free trial. Payment details are collected at signup but no charge is made during the trial period. Members may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge by visiting Account → Manage billing.
6-Month, 9-Month, and Annual memberships do not include a free trial. Billing begins immediately upon signup and the subscription is active from day one.
At the conclusion of the 14-day free trial, a one (1) calendar day grace period is provided during which the member may cancel the trial or change plans before the paid subscription begins.
If no cancellation or plan change is submitted through Account → Manage billing within that 24-hour window, the membership will automatically and immediately roll over into the 3-Month subscription plan at $24.99/month, and the first monthly charge becomes non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Following the 14-day free trial and the 1-day grace period described in Section 1a, the membership automatically rolls over into the 3-Month subscription plan at $24.99/month, billed monthly to the payment method on file. No additional action is required from the member for the rollover to take effect.
The subscription period begins on the day the free trial ends and continues for the number of consecutive monthly billing cycles matching the 3-Month term.
By starting a subscription, the member agrees to a minimum commitment matching the selected term — either three (3), six (6), or nine (9) monthly billing cycles, or one (1) year for the Annual plan. During this commitment period, the membership cannot be canceled and all payments for the selected term are due.
Monthly billing: 3-Month, 6-Month, and 9-Month plans are billed at $24.99/month for the number of months in the selected term. Annual billing: the Annual plan is billed $299.88 once per year and renews yearly.
This commitment ensures continuity of the coaching program, course access, and AI Strategist guidance, which are structured to be delivered over the full committed term.
After the selected commitment period concludes, the member may cancel the subscription at any time. For monthly-billed plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current monthly billing cycle, and the member retains access until that date. For the Annual plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current yearly billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
To cancel, sign in and go to Account → Manage billing and choose "Cancel subscription."
If the member does not cancel after the commitment period ends, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis at $24.99/month until canceled by the member.
For all subscription plans — Annual ($299.88/yr), 3-Month (trial rollover), 6-Month ($149.94), and 9-Month ($224.91) — a one (1) calendar day grace period is provided immediately following the end of the current term to cancel the membership or change to a different plan before the term automatically renews.
If no cancellation or plan change is submitted through Account → Manage billing within that 24-hour window, the membership will automatically and immediately renew into the same term length (Annual → Annual; 3-Month → 3-Month; 6-Month → 6-Month; 9-Month → 9-Month) at the then-current rate, and the renewal charge becomes non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Canceling or changing plans outside the grace window: If you choose to cancel or change your current subscription plan after the 1-day grace window has closed, or at any time inside a current term, you will be charged the full remaining subscription plan total plus a $25.00 cancellation/break fee. This fee is applied because the plan is broken before the current term has completed, and access is granted through the end of the period already paid for.
Requests submitted after the 1-day grace period will take effect at the end of the newly renewed term, or, if inside a current term, will be processed as a plan break and charged the plan total plus the $25.00 fee.
Members on the monthly plan may upgrade to the Annual plan ($299.88/yr) at any time from the Account page. Upgrades are prorated by Stripe. Switching plans does not reset or waive the selected minimum commitment (3 or 9 months).
All purchases, subscription payments, and trial-rollover charges are non-refundable. Morris Wealth Group does not offer refunds for any paid plan, including but not limited to the 3-Month, 6-Month, 9-Month, and Annual subscriptions. The free trial is provided so members can evaluate the service before any payment is made.
If the trial is canceled before it ends, no charge occurs. Once a paid subscription begins or renews, the charge is final, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests through payment processors will be disputed under this policy.
If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge. The member will receive an email prompt to update the payment method. Access may be paused if the payment remains uncollected after retries, but the underlying commitment (3 or 9 months) is not waived.
